How do I upgrade my plan?

Navigate to Account Billing and select your new plan. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. Contact billing@inkai.ph with your request.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the current billing period ends.

Why is my API key not working?
